The Bloemendal Wine Estate is a boutique wine farm well known both locally and internationally for their wide variety of award winning wines. The land on which D’Aria is based comprises of two wine farms with rich history, namely Doordekraal and Springfield. Although D’Aria was only establised in 1999, they have allready produced award winnig wines. Special attention is given to handle the grapes as little as possible during the vinification process to preserve the aromatic fruit palates in their wines. With a rich history of over 300 years, the Altydgedacht Esate is one of the oldest wine farms in the Durbanville Wine Valley. The original cellar that was build in 1701, still stands strong today, and so does the barrel room. Address: Tygervalley Road, Durbanville. Tel:021 976 1295

Groot Phesantekraal

The Groot Phesantekraal Story began in 1698, when Governor Simon van der Stel Granted the farm Groot Phesantekraal to it’s first owner Captain Oloff Berg. By 1756, 40 000 vines had already been established. In 1897 the Brink family acquired the farm. Canto Wines

Just outside Durbanville on the Vissershok road you will find Canto Wines. The farm is only 18ha in size, and their vineyards are unique in the way that most of their wines come from old vines with small production and excellent quality. Address: Vissershok Road, Durbanville. Tel:021 492 2821

Singal Gun offers some of the most macnificent views over the Durbanville Wine Valley. The Farm Hooggelegen has been in the family for over five generations.
